One day last week
6:35 am - 7:05am: Wake up, eat breakfast, get ready for swimming
7:05-7:30- drive to pool (with a coffee detour :)
7:30-7:45- dryland, arm swings etc (socializing all the while :)
7:45-9:30- swim 6k aerobic set
9:30-10:00- shower, change,eat, head to pacific sport
10:00-10:40-conference call with Triathlon Canada
10:40-10:45- drive to Murray Chiropractic
10:45-11:30-rehab/core/stability exercises
11:30-11:50-chiro treatment
11:50-11:55- change into bike clothes (in the car hehe) get bike out of car
11:55-1:50- Ride, 6 Observatory hill repeats SS
1:50-2:00- drive to cedar hill sports therapy whilst scarfing down a turkey sandwich, snickers bar and Happy Planet juice
2:00-3:00- sports massage
3:00-4:00- grocery shop at Planet Organic
4:00-4:30-drive through rush hour downtown
4:30-5:00- Finally! Chill for 1/2 an hour with a coffee
5:00-6:00- sport psych with Bruce Pinel
6:00-6:30-drive across town back to parents house
6:45-7:00-dinner
7:00-9:00 chill and watch The Hills and Gossip Girl(i have to have at least ONE vice!)
There you have it! Now I have no idea how people do all this and go to school! But I hear it can be done! But for now, I think I"ve got enough on my plate!

Wow! I hope that's one of your more 'full' days, since I assume you don't have Tri Can conf calls, physio and massage every day... but then again, you didn't even run that day!
Can you tell us (ok, me) a bit more about how strict (or not) you are with your diet? and which Happy Planet juice do you like most? I love Extreme Green...
Following your blog has really been a big help for me in my intro to Tri's this past year. I hope you'll keep up the blog down in Brisbane...
yes, it is one of my busier days! haha although i do have physio and or massage 4 days a week! I'll do another post on nutrition. and i will definitely be blogging in brisbane!
AFter reading that I'm thinking maybe I spend too much time eating! Great blog!
